About Sheila

Sheila Lieder is a lifelong champion for working Coloradans. At the statehouse, she will be a champion for hardworking Jeffco families.

She’s worked hard her whole life to put food on her family’s table while helping others do the same. Sheila has been an active advocate at the state Capitol for years, working on behalf of her fellow telecom workers for better pay and working conditions.

Sheila has long been active in our community, including as Labor Merit Badge Coordinator for the Boy Scout of America, where her son was an Eagle Scout. She is a longtime volunteer with the Colorado Alliance for Retirees and was a member of the Tri-County Workforce Development Board for 10 years.

Sheila is a member of Jefferson County Democratic Latino Initiative (JDLI) and has been elected as her Homeowner's Association president and vice president.
